1. Pricing: The charges for our gift wrapping service are covered on respective pages.
   
2. Quantity: For orders exceeding 15 gifts, please contact us at 16agiftwrapping@gmail.com to discuss pricing and arrangements.
   
3. Paper Styles: Our selection of paper styles is available for viewing on our website, providing you with options to suit your preferences.
   
4. Delivery Options: You have the flexibility to hand-deliver or post your gifts to our studio for wrapping. Upon completion, we offer personal delivery within a 5-mile radius of our studio in Radlett.
   
5. Restrictions: Please note that some gifts may be ineligible for postal delivery due to courier restrictions. We recommend specifying the type of products you intend to have wrapped and delivered during the booking process.
   
6. Care and Responsibility: While every effort is made to ensure the careful wrapping of your items, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage incurred during the wrapping process.
   
7. Damaged Goods: In the event that a product is delivered to us damaged, we will promptly notify you with photos and await your further instructions on how to proceed.
   
8. Turnaround Time: Please allow up to 5 working days from the arrival of your items for them to be wrapped and dispatched. If you require urgent service, please inform us during the booking process.
